MAKE STUDIO POLICIES:

GENERAL: 

• We will not allow your child to wait outside unattended. Please come inside to retrieve your children after class.

• Please let us know someone else will be picking up your child.

• Please be on time for pickup of child after classes. We are not equipped for after hours care.

• We do take photographs during our classes and we use them on our social media, and for promotional purposes. Please let us know if you would rather your child not be included in pictures.

PAYMENT POLICY:  All tuition payments must be made in a timely manner, by the due date specified, and can be made via venmo or check. 

All registration is at the discretion of Make Studio, and registration may close due to full classes. Likewise, classes with fewer than 4 students may be cancelled, or have the option to become a small group class at a higher tuition rate if the parties so desire. The website, www.makestudio-steamboat.com “Classes” will reflect any changes to the schedules. 

CAMP POLICIES: Camp tuition is refundable, less the $100 deposit, if cancellation notice is given 2 weeks prior to start date. No refunds will be given with less than 2 weeks notice. We do not prorate days for our week long camps.
